We kindly ask that you be kind to our staff and other customers.
We kindly ask that all payments be made at the first service day.
If you're a tufting customer, please sign our store waivers after checking in.
If you have any concerns at all, our friendly store staff is here for you.
As always, please keep an eye on your personal belongings. We're not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the store, but we're here to help you out.

You're more than welcome to stop by without an appointment, but we'd really appreciate it if you could make an appointment.
We understand that sometimes things come up, so if you're planning on coming to see us, it's always a good idea to check the availability before you head over.
If you want to change an appointment, it must be made before 24 hours of the appointment time. Otherwise, we have the right to deny the re-schedule request.
We totally understand if you need to cancel an appointment. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours but before 12 hours we will give you your deposit as a store credit for your future reservations only.
Any cancellation made within 12 hours or no show. Unfortunately, we won't be able to give you your deposit back.

We value customer satisfaction, but please note that due to the mystery nature of blind boxes, we are unable to accept return/refund once the product packaging has been opened. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Due to the nature of DIY Crafts, none of the items purchased at Fun Field are refundable or returnable. Please check out all raw material carefully before starting the work and let our store staff know if you find any product quality issues related to the raw material.
